Artist of the Month: Phil Dutra

Phil Dutra is a self-taught artist with a college background in Architectural Engineering.

While living on Cape Cod his whole life and traveling the New England area, he developed the passion for seascape and landscape art.

Phil’s art will be on display in the front lobby for the month of July, with select pieces available for purchase.

A portion of proceeds benefit the library.
